Event Request for President's Attendance

Thank you for your interest in having President Berenecea Johnson Eanes attend your upcoming event. She takes great pride in representing the university and is honored to experience Cal State LA’s incredible traditions through your various programs. President Eanes is committed to furthering the university’s mission and fostering relationships through her engagement in the community. While she may not be able to attend your event, the importance of the work you are doing to transform our campus community and student experience has not gone unnoticed.

Please refer to the guidelines below to request the President’s attendance or participation at your next event:

• The President’s schedule fills up quickly, so we politely suggest you submit your request at least three weeks in advance.
• Complete the Event Request for President’s Attendance form.
• Submitting the web form does not guarantee the President’s attendance. Allow three to five business days to receive a response from the Office of the President.
